*This article is now obselete. TV Links was shut down when its servers were raided and its creator was arrested. For archival purposes this article is being kept up, but take note: THE LINKS ARE DEAD! See this article for information.*
Everyone loves TV shows and movies, but to get them commercial free, you would most likely have to buy them. Not anymore.

You can see all of the red updated markers ^^
TV-Links is a free website that links to all of the websites around the world that contain movies, TV shows, music videos, movies and documentaries. This website can be very helpful in the eyes of a teacher or a student because of the documentaries. They are all on demand so you don’t have to sit in front of the screen hoping that the documentary you need for a project will be broadcasted. I have already used some of the documentaries to gather information for a school project. I got an “A” on it because I had more than enough information. Sweet! No more going to the library and digging though books with dust in them!
The TV shows section has a lot of shows and is always getting updated franticly. I love “House” but I miss a lot of new episodes. I go on the computer the next day and sure enough, what I missed is there! The music videos section speaks for itself so I won’t bother going into that. But the real question is…
Is it legal?
Websites like this get shot down pretty quickly, in some cases because they don’t watch their wording in the legal section. TV-Link’s legal section lengthy but it states: … just kidding. But if you like reading boring legal stuff it’s here. In summary it says that TV-Links in not responsible for any video that was put on the net. All of the videos are supposed to be legal because in the user agreement new users agree not to post anything illegal. So technically the TV-Links website is all legal because if there is an illegal video on there, it’s not a violation on the site’s part, so they can’t be held responsible.
But nothing is perfect, not even TV-Links. The video quality isn’t always so great. The only exception to this is the videos that play in Windows Media Player. I can expand those to full size and press F11 and the picture looks clear. The other players aren’t so great unless they use about 8 inches on the screen. It varies on how good the uploading quality is, however.
Another flaw is the sections. Most of the upload programs used have a maximum file upload size, so you’ll find yourself changing the window about every half an hour. The final flaw is buffering, but that really matters on your connection and where you’re getting the information from. If you’re getting it from China and you have dial-up, you’ll probably have to let it load overnight.
TV-Links has its flaws but it’s a free alternative to buying movies and TV show series.
I give it a 3.75 out of 5.

Great all of that work on a post for nothing. I think i jinxed it
